The short answer
Yes—I work with first-time home buyers throughout Long Island and guide them through the entire process. For a buyer who is fully prepared and pre-approved, the two-to-three-week timeframe I am referring to is the time from our initial consultation to being under a fully signed contract of sale to purchase a home—not merely signing a buyer-agency agreement.
It does not mean the buyer will close and own the home within two to three weeks. It means the buyer has secured a home under contract and is beginning the remaining steps required to complete the purchase.One of the best parts of this work is seeing what happens years later.
