Buying, selling, and assisting with complicated real estate situations across Long Island & Queens.
For most people, this is the largest financial decision they’ll ever make. It should come with a straight answer, not a sales pitch.

Most of my work isn’t really about houses.
It’s a family deciding what to do with the home they grew up in. An owner two states away trying to get a roof fixed before a closing. Someone who just wants to know what their options are before they commit to anything.
Those are the calls I like getting.
The part I care about hasn’t changed: tell people the truth, keep them in the loop, and stay with it until the thing is done. If it isn’t the right time to sell, I’ll tell you that too.
Hobbies:
Outside of work you’ll usually find me in the kitchen trying a new recipe or grilling and smoking meats, working out, fishing, or exploring another corner of Long Island. I’m active in Bible study, I volunteer at my church, and I mentor young men with the Long Island Youth Mentoring in Brentwood, NY.
My job isn't to convince you to make a particular decision. It's to help you understand the situation well enough to make a good one. That means explaining what I think, why I think it, and what I believe each option is likely to accomplish.
Even when it's not what you were hoping to hear. If I think selling is the wrong decision, spending money is unnecessary, or your expectations aren't realistic, I'll tell you—and explain why.
I don't want you following advice simply because a Realtor gave it to you. Whether we're talking about price, repairs, an offer, or a problem during the sale, you should understand the reasoning behind the recommendation.
I don't recommend repairs or improvements because that's what sellers are supposed to do. If I'm asking you to spend money, there should be a reasonable case that doing so puts you in a better financial position when the house sells.
Missing COs, estates, tenants, deferred maintenance, out-of-state owners—something that initially feels overwhelming usually becomes much more manageable once we identify the individual problems and deal with them one at a time.

“We hired Andrew as our listing agent to sell our house in Seaford, NY. When we first searched up realtors in our neighborhood, he was one of the first to populate and his reviews were excellent. We contacted him and told him we needed to list our house ASAP and asked how soon he would be able to come over to speak with us. He said he would see what he could do.

He wound up rearranging his whole schedule just so he could come see us that same day because he heard the anxiety in our voices. Andrew became a safe haven for us and went above and beyond to help us move forward with selling our home. He is so organically strategic and brilliant when it comes to marketing. We couldn’t believe how quickly we had an offer — and it was above the asking price!
Andrew was always available to us. If he didn’t answer right away, he called us back within 30 minutes. Selling a home can be so stressful, but Andrew took so much of the burden off of us by doing things that I feel all agents should do. He was such a blessing to us. Definitely use him!”
“Andrew was great, it was our second time using him and he helped us as first time home buyers buy a home in Smithtown.

Then he listed and sold our home in Smithtown and helped us buy another home in Huntington. He helped coordinate so that when we sold we didn’t end up homeless. Together with his attorney they timed both sales to close together at the right time so we can seamlessly move from one house to the other.
He also got us a lot of money for our house that we sold and helped us win a bidding war when we purchased. The house we bought had a lot of things hidden by the seller but even though everything has closed already, him and the attorney are still trying to help us by recommending people to fix things and fight for us to get money. My experience with Andrew was overall great and I would recommend him to anyone.”
